Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Personal Insurance Customer Representative to join the Twinbrook Insurance team. Responsible for providing exceptional service to Prospects, Clients, and Producers, in relation to the sale and servicing of Personal Insurance. The position is responsible for maintaining and growing their assigned book of business.


  • Service existing personal lines clients as it relates to billing, payments, cancellations/reinstatements, RMV inquires and any other client questions/issues which may arise
  • Solicit and round new or existing accounts through acquiring risk information, preparing quotes and presenting findings to prospect/client


  • Previous experience in retail sales, or customer service a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Team focused
  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience
